Description
This shirt is for Glen Emery. Writer, storyteller, radio voice, bar owner, and one of those people who could walk into a room and immediately make it better.
When Glen said “listen, listen, listen,” it wasn’t a slogan. It was him jumping into the conversation, telling a story, cracking a joke, or trying to get everyone on the same page. Sometimes it was funny, sometimes a little impatient, but it always meant something good was coming next.
Inspired by Bukowski’s Prague and the nights, places, and people Glen helped bring together, this design is about that energy. The kind that fills a room. The kind that makes strangers feel like regulars. The kind that sticks with you long after the night’s over.
Glen had a way of looking after people. Friends, staff, and anyone who happened to be around. He gave more than he took and did it without making a show of it.
This shirt is for those who knew him, those who shared a drink or a story with him, and those who believe that good conversations still matter.
It’s a tribute.
It’s a memory.
And it’s a reminder of a voice you don’t forget.
